Animated Models are stretching on each animation change?

Hey, so I figured out the animations stuff and so, but today (after wasting almost 6 hours again) I encountered a problem that has been bugging me. Every time the animation changes ( the client loads the new. ani file for moving/standing/ etc. (Or so I think?!)), the animation stretches for about a second in another direction, after which, it comes back to it's place and continues with the proper animation, until it's pose is changed again. The animation runs smoothly in 3ds Max and Cola.

Has anyone else encountered this problem before? I'd be happy to hear some answers! Thanks!

had the same problem with WOW Models but with other games it workes right.

Yeah, it was like that with all WoW models...but then the same happened with those wings. I think it's because I'm using an already created skeleton to animate the model (or the animation is already done) and maybe there is something in those bones that cola has trouble with...is there any way to replicate the bones with "clean" ones?

Uhm, I have another question..What causes Cola to pop-up errors for all the bones, except the last one, which it loads? Thanks! :/
