adena/mob/drop programming

Hello again guys

I have one more question..

I wanna program the amount of adena (and maybe the items) what the mobs drop when I kill them, I wanna program that let them drop more, and bigger amount.. but I dont know what files I need to program, with what software to open/create/save them...

Can anyone please help me about this?
