Looking for trusty boosters that can win with no problems, last booster lost 2 games for 20�!

I need a booster on silver 3, EU WEST with 25 lp gain!

At the moment I can only pay 10� per division! That is my max, pls dont add-me to ask for 12 or 15 or... more than 10 :\
