Custom Private Server Help Needed !Fast!

Hello Epvp'ers

I have an Problem whit my custom private server i can't get my Apache running in xampp can anyone help me ? it give's this error

21:12:53 [Apache] You need to uninstall/disable/reconfigure the blocking application
21:12:53 [Apache] or reconfigure Apache and the Control Panel to listen on a different port

Then i have another problem i can't get to my localhost/phpmyadmin/
it gives an other problem here is the screenshot

if you've got skype opened go to options>advance>conection and uncheck "Use 80 And 433 ports for conections"

Apache ports are in use. Close the programs that use those ports.

Still not working

any other suggestions?

How can i see what program uses what port is there an tool for that or so ?

im a bit new to this things so thats why i sound so noobie :)

cmd -> netstat -a
Should show every used port on your pc.

I'd say, that phpmyadmin is not included to IIS
