doen't matter you are using packetbot or pixelbot. the bot script calculates the repetitions of what a person is unable to make. For example, a bot weighs exactly the same point on the map sometimes, person can't do that. it's not safe bot.
but if have to choose the safest, it's openstealt if you don't use autolock.

There is no exact percent to describe the safety of a bot. Come on man. Like it says you will get caught 78.14% for that bot etc.
Pixelbots are harder to detect than packetbots, doesn't mean they're really "safe", but they can be safe ;)
