Registration error Help

When i try to register i get this error Failed to create a new account, please try again later
I went to the
Users_Master
And i ALLOW Nulls for USERUID
and it dosen't give me an error when i register
but
it doesn't give the account a UserID
and when i try to login says taht the account doesn't exist

You should not set your UserID to NULL.. You should set the RowID to NULL..
The UserID should be setted to auto-increment.
