Help add Item in NPC

Hi would like to ask help on the following topic:

Add Red Scroll and acumulator Scroll to npc, but do not quite understand as is the use thema: AddVendorItem (0, IK3_SCROLL, etc, etc);
I could help a bit and explain this, please be the agradeseria lot!

Why you donīt use addshopitem?

AddShopItem system is a way easier than the old one. ;P
