[QUESTION] RAM: 1600Mhz CL8 or 1866Mhz CL9?

Hi, sorry for my bad english.

My question is: to choose a good ram, i should keep the one with more clock or the one with less latency?

Wich of these is better?
- Crucial Ballistix 1600Mhz CL8
- Crucial Ballistix 1866Mhz CL9

My mobo its a MSI z87-g45 ;)

Those are both equal.

If you want more Speed choose 2400Mhz CL9. There you get good Samsung IC´s.
