Scammed please help D:

I bought a League of Legends account 1 week ago for 20 euro through Paypal (with registration email). I changed everything, password and email, but today I can't log into it. Somehow he managed to get the account back and still has the money I sent him.

Does anyone know how I can get my money back? D:

Well first, I would wirte a message to the LOL support. Probably your account got hacked or there is a other problem with it.
