HELP!!! socket_tcp_bind: tcp_socket: Can't assign requested address

I have a problem
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Friends told me it needs DIFA on fixa international adres.

Has anyone can something like this?

FreeBSD 64bit.

ich hatte eben das gleiche problem und habe es so gelöst
gebe in putty oder in der VB das hier ein
ee /etc/rc.conf

dort siehst du etwas mit deiner ip und localhost und so weiter,lösche dort alles raus was damit zutuen hat,dann geht es,also ich habe es eben so bei mir gemacht und der fehler ist weg server startert ganz normal

try adding

BIND_IP: (your public IP)

to all the CONFIG (not in db)

Problem solved above!

Now I have the next, after installing the lib
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

After reboot dedicated server mysql rains and you can not run it :(
After restoring the standard lib to /usr/lib everything works beautifully.

What could be causing this?
