The website is obviously just a scam to gain ad revenue. If you view the source for the website you will see that there is no link connected to that button.

Cross referencing this address I find lots of goodies and a possible Aim contact, his interests and recent activity, and possible web posts and sites visited linking him to niche sites, which is exactly what his Dragonica site is.

lul I found a photobucket and was able to determine it was the same person.

Also owns kartextreme.net -.-
And guess what, the whois on that points back to inferno network...

uuh .. dont you know those fake sites, making money with getting stupid guys to klick on their ads by google or what ever to enable a download button for sth like bots, hacks, pserver emus and so on? xD
i myself had such a site some time ago .. i made over 450$ in only 4 weeks ^^ but then it got hacked and i stopped it (too much work xD)

nah .. anyways i think this site is a site like this ..

Niche sites are a crap way to make money online. You need to own dozens of them, especially if they are of the quality as this dragonica one. Seriously... to have anything decent you need to have several pages and actually publish somewhat useful content.

For example, take a look at gold selling sites. MANY of them publish very useful guides to the games they advertise gold for, and generally have some form of monetization of the site, which brings in extra money.

I know google will pay based on clicks, and the higher click-to-visit ratio the higher the value of the clicks can be. Consequentially if you have several google ads on one page they each represent 1 page view so 4 ads on one page and you get a click looks like 4 visits and 1 click, so the value drops fast.

CPA is a good money maker, but it requires a lot more effort then many of the other methods out there, in particular ad agencies, especially tied in with CAN-SPAM (double-optin-emailing).

It's quite easy to make money online, it just requires one to get off their lazy but and work for it. ;]
