Lineage 2 L2Phx question

Now i hope this time my topic is in right section.

Can anyone say to me what version of L2PHX i must use for Lineage 2 Gracia Final and some servers where i can use them , I mean the servers don`t have a prottection for hacks.

well when i start this and start Lineage 2 Gracia Final i don`t recieve any packets .. can someone help me ? And please if you know servers where i can use this help me.
