[HELP] Which process?

So I am new at this, when using the ME engine which process should I select?

I tried the window stuff but it says it can't be opened and all the tutorials I read skip this.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, and thanks in advance.


EDIT: Nevermind, I read some of the older tuts and changing the settings fixed the problem.
