1. - First thing you need is to download Cheat Engine.

2. Open up War Commander and then Cheat Engine.

3. Choose what do you wanna get (ie. in this case im showing how to get SPECTRE). Copy AOB (Array of byte) for Spectre (03 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 02 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 0B 00 00 00 0B 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 EC FF FF FF), search it in CE and Change Value of it.

4. Now when you have all of this ready you gotta change the Spectre's value to some building AOB (if you wanna upgrade it to 14 you need to use Master Code which im gonna explain after but for now to unlock it change value to Airfields AOB (03 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 06 00 00 00 03 00 00 00 0A 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00).
Now you should see the Spectre in your Airfield on War Commander.

First part of the tutorial is now over. Now you know how to upgrade/unlock/build units that you dont have (for now atleast).

How to use a Master Cheat to upgrade units that you dont have to level 14 and your units that you have to level 9?

1. Open up War Commander and then Cheat Engine and choose process.

2. Search for AOB FF FF FF FF 01 00 00 00 04 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 and right mouse click to the very first AOB it found.
Choose "Browse this memory region" and another window should pop up.

If you did everything correctly as pictures and my story says then you should be able to buy spectre for free and it takes 10 seconds to finish!

If you wanna upgrade units to level 14 that you unlock with cheat then first replace ie. Spectre's AOB with Academy's AOB and upgrade the unit in there.

this is a good tutorial but I tried it, the spectre appears in airfield but then if u reload it disappears, and also u cant upgrade it

Search the spectre AOB and change its value to Academy's value if you wanna upgrade it to level 14. Before if you wanna do the upgrades free and fast then you gotta do the master cheat and then upgrade Spectre inside Academy and then change the Academy's value back to airfield one and DONE!

I can get it to appear in airfield but as the other guy says its still high cost and as soon as you reload the game the spectre disappears

does this work with IE?

Use master cheat to make the prices and build time down.
IE= in example if you dont know.

If you can only upgrade the units to 9 that i posted here, then you gotta send them to academy to upgrade them there to level 14.

i have the same problem the resources dont get down... the build and upgrade time are at 10 seconds but the resources are still the same
