advantages and disadvantages on hosting it

There's no way. Facebook investigates each addition. They would easily find the copyright infringements and other legal crap and shut you down faster than anything.

Not to mention, all sales made off of it, Facebook takes a hefty portion. Pretty much leaves you with nothing. And their rules and regulations about what you can do are extremely tight.

I think you could better make a webclient :-), so you can host a client on your website.
