Shaiya Pserver login [ Need help ]

Hello , i have started a Shaiya Pserver on localhost ....
I started the game.exe(downloaded from [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] ) with installed settings to 127.0.0.1 , but when i try to login on the server with username: Shaiya and pw: Shaiya123 ... It doesn't work so i tryed to login with username:admin and pw:admin123 ... same problem not abel to login .

btw, i used the ps_passwordEnc set the password to Shaiya123 and changed the Username and pw ... on ALL .ini files in PSM_Client/bin/config

PS. I dindt change any firewall Settings , and im using Sql Server 2008

xampp have to make sure that the web is online?
the installation is successful with the database to ensure that you can access?
email a screen for you to figure out where the problem may be that you've entered the wrong address 127.0.0.1
however id is admin password admin123
you have to change in the database, PS_UserData -----> dbo.Users_Masters

Your IP in your Game.exe should be your Local Host IP. not 127.0.0.1
