Make sure if firewall is not blocking these ports. Disable it I don't recommend it, but for friends only private server I guess it's ok. Or set up firewall rules.
And set up port forwarding, you can do it in your router's admin panel. The deafult admin IP at almost every router 192.168.1.1, look for port forwarding rules.

but even if i forward the ports they are still closed
