I guess you have to pay 50 euros for a patched Database
and for client,server and db you have to pay 150 euros

3.5 Files was released. There are no other public Files.
If you have 4.0 Files, or better, they are probably more than 100€ worth.

But you are not allowed to sale Serverfiles @elitepvpers because it is illegal if you are not the owner of the files. This means -> If you are not GameForge or Zemi, you can't sell or buy it on legal way.

but there are sources for some 4.3 edits
and then you are able to create a "4.3" server you only have to patch the db from the tcds with tools you have to create or buy
-> the db isnt public so far

In der Datenbank sind Elemente von Zemi und Gameforge enthalten. Nur weil du an nem Mercedes Benz dein eigenes Logo hinklebst, ist das nicht deine eigene Marke. Sowas nennt sich Plagiat.

Das heißt die Datenbanken manuell auf 4.3 patchen und die Serverfiles verkaufen ist keine Ausrede, vor Gericht wird man trotzdem wegen Urheberrechtsverletzung, online Piraterie etc. angeklagt.

Ihr könnt aber den Verkauf im Darknet probieren, dort juckt sowas keinen^^

On the Database are elements from Zemi. So if you patch the Serverfiles by your own @4.3, its still not legal to sell them. Just if you insert on a Mercedes Benz your own logo, its not your own brand.
