S4 Abnormal Ping?

Dear S4 Section,

I logged in before some minutes and some player had a ping of 1000-2000 ms. WTF?!
All lagged rly crazy.... more crazy than before patch ( they said the patch will reduce high pings ) And what's now? Had before patch a Ping of 60~140.
Wtf.

Some PPL with the same Problem?
Can anyone say me why, any solution?

The new Netcode how they called is just a big joke it doesbnt change anything in my mind for real just normal pings get shown lower and some extrem mega ms are findable dont think thats just anything is other with the REAL ping.

Yeah the last update was just useless shìt. Fake low lag, no permanent items, glitchy clan system, stupid AP items added, fixed the wep/skill/clothes timer freeze bug. They have done a Copy&Paste from the korean version to the european game including all the bugs and excluding the Arcade Mode (WTF why?)... and what else?
This patch was totally unnecessary. Period.
