Because you do not upload it with Filezilla . Filezilla is a FTP client, not a webserver client. You need Apache2. You need php5. You need MSSQL extension for PHP5. You need a setted up MSSQL database to connect your website to.

ok than filezilla wont work to upload a sro webpage good how can i upload a webpage with appache xampp ? i have one already but only on my localhose and idk how to set it online
