2. Reinstall S4.
3. Wait for other tips.

Contact the S4 League Support i think its a problem with the Patch.
If no, then check youre internet connection and reinstall/download the game from a another mirror.

delete your xtrap and hgwc folder in your s4league folder

you have a simply patchfail
