I had a problem in the game. EU

I open the game and join in room and in map not see is black why ??

I download the game twice and setup

and stub the now WIN XP The problem is as pleas help me!!!!!!!!!!!

1) Someone modded the lobby, happens alot...
2) You're settings are doing this...
3) Your PC doesn't meet the requirements to actually SEE the game... my older PC.
