1. well which lua editor do u use? in case a java based one, look in the elsword01.bat (with notepad or something similar) an change the -Xmx1G to something like -Xmx500m or so ...

well the luto things are in the specific dungeon.lua like dungeon_velder_secret_hell.lua ... u have to find the condition, which teleports u to luto and change it ;)
to eve: there are more possibilities (u have to try all of them :( ):
nasod_watch_eve.lua
guardian_eve.lua (+every oher guardian_eve.lua file)
