ok guys after i had the no cool time down thing for few days and i saw its really working hmm on char like jester and i really have to press the keys rapidly its all worked but then i saw other classes skills the cool time down works right? but why no dmg? well i didn't find any solutions for that i used Sin lvl 27 tried VB lots of times but it didn't work no matter how fast i press the key hmm tried different keys still no result there was a clue
the NCD doesn't work for all people so i heard so what could possibly make it work for other people what do we don't have in common? it can be 2 things computer/or the real deal Internet .
so the solution i found was simple really really simple i lagged on purpose and then it worked my sin spammed VB and it damaged without any problem
so if you want to spam some skills that should work i suggest to change internet to slower speed but not to slow do the next....
Use torrent/Emule download anything/ put Max download speed to 25-30
upload to 1-2 and with a bit luck you will get the correct speed and then you will spam your skills
what i used was simply i send music to my girlfriend on msn and it worked fine .
