Need someone experienced with PCS/gamign hardware

Hi, in a few days i wan't to buy new hardware and i have some questions

1. Can i use my Notebook HDD on a Desktop PC?
2. How can i use my notebook as screen for my pc? i mean somehow to to simulate a hdmi input via USB
3. can someone build me a pc for 350 Euros?
I need only.
Motherboard
Graphics card
cpu
pc case
RAM
and a power supply

this pc will be only used for gaming , try to get the best out of 350 euros

1. Yes, you can, but 2,5 inch HDDs from laptops are a lot slower than a 3,5 inch HDD with 7200 rpm

2. You can't. There are only a few laptops that have video input options.

3. 350€ isn't really much money for a gaming PC.
