Yeah you pretty much just download it and run, leave it open in the backround as you play then you can go click on *my replays* and rewatch any of the games you played.
Tip of advice = Make sure you take a note on which games or big plays you make so when you go back to find it you know which replay has it and what time of the replay, will save you loads of time trust me!
