Elsword gPatcher (voice packs/mod applier for all clients)

I play in Germany
Is this 100% safe to use? Did anyone get banned? Rose voice doesnt work, does it ?

How to edit skill cuts in to look clear not blur ?

Yes, this is safe unless you'll start bragging about it online.
No, Rose won't get updated I suppose, but you can still get it IF you get hold on Rose Voice .kom file from korean Elsword. Then just follow the instruction in the post on how to use your own KOM/bgm.
Rose data is 187.kom.

I can't download any voice mods, when I put a languange pack in queu and click download this appears [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] Please help.

Same problem here. Seems like wherever they're hosting the files is down.

The gPatcher doesn't work anymore - Need update but the Releaser won't update it :)

I try to add Rose sound with data187.kom file but the gpatch doesn't show it on the list , can it work ? or i do something wrong ?
