BR, TR, LAS, RU, KR (korea) - 25 EUR.
If you are playing server like EUW, EUNE - you can transfer, redeem code here and transfer back. That's why price is low - to compensate transfer costs.

About the selling, please note - I wount just give code to you.
I wount give you the code. Code is multi-server, thats why i cant just give it to you. I will activate the code on your account.
Safe way to do this is to use teamviewer - you will login to my comp, join your account where i will activate the code. This way I woun't know your password.
Nearly same algorythm goes if we use middle-man, but in this case you give money to MM, and until he checks that I succesfully activated the code I wount receive money.
Every code I sold was done this way, and everything went successfull
