Start Private server C4 edx loader dont start Client

Hello can some one help me a little i,m done with great a server but when i use mine EDX loader nothing happens Skype [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] :handsdown:

You usually cannot start your server on the same computer that's hosting. It will probably help if you use another computer, preferably one on the same local network.
