[Show] 4th Char slot and 4th bank slot

Well instead of always asking for help xD

I like to show you something i have done.

I only need to do is the correct alignment of the buttons and windows.

no it doesnt reguire DB releated Edits.

All though it looks when i edited the Bank window the passwords where resetted.
So i will test that out to make sure it can be implanted without any problems.

there are very much loops that u have to change from 3 to MAX_CHARACTER_LIST, think you forgot some

Well that wasnt the case.
I truncated the bank_tbl instead of an other table thats way it didnt worked.
But its solved now.
