I need help

Hello guys, I need your help.
Somebody stolen my account I know who did it, but I don't know what can I do, because I bought this ship and I cant do anything because the support cant help.
Do you have any idea what must I do?

only if you have made card purchases can prove that it's yours accaunt

facebook log in, bigpoint log in?

I dont have bigpoint account and i never log in from facebook

when he stole your acc this ship was on your email ?

Yes but when he stolen the ship i had not pc and he had 3 days

i thik you will not get back never your account :/ but if write for support they can ban and who stole he cant use your ship.

what mean "if you can prove that ship belongs to you"?
per example, many times I was asked by support to say "who was first name of account", or "give me minimum 3/5 username/passwords used in tha past on your account". I have from lvl 1 my account and after 3.5 years of changing names and passwords and e-mails I really dont know to answer to that questions. I have only payments on e-mail but this can have anyone who stole/buy 1 account. he pay 200euro on account and in 1 week he make 5 payments on it with his e-mail. so ?

One in my guild got his account hacked. He mailed bp and they banned the account and then changed email on the boat to his new one. I just gave the support his credit card nummer and so.

Yes, you have to write at the support or go to the police.

All information on your ship is held on Bigpoint server and is never deleted so they are able to track back all on your account to the date it first started .You can get your account back but you have to provide information first to Big Point . ( account ID & servers you play on . the main server you play on . the last 3 name changes . the last 5 pass words the last 3 emails accounts . the last 5 purchases with confirm emails . a government approved photo ID and all this must be faxed to Big Point ). I had 2 accounts hacked and this is what I had to do to get them back. Your Hacker will not have the information that is required to prove he is the owner of the account.
