I've been searching around the forums and found that you need dds viewer and photoshop! But that doesn't work for me! Each time i mod something it turns out crappy looking... I really need help give me some full guide, other download tools and such. This could help some people that are stuck with editing like me too. I've been trying to edit the same lvl 135 blade for 2 years and turn out to be crap! Please and thank you!
