Shaiya private server with Linux?

Hello,
I dont know if i can create a shaiya private server with Linux :/
I explain,
i want get my server online on [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] but i need to pay a license for windows server or windows 7 but not for Linux ^^
My question is just : can i create a shaiya private server with Linux and if yes how do?
