QR Bot on Hastings or Country Club is the fastest way. If neither of those tracks is available, do Sandbox TE on Late Departure, since it's really long. It's slower, but still good.

Single race + AF after 5 secs :P gets it done quite fast. about 20Mi in Hastings.
