[HELP]Attaching DB

when attaching the DB i get a error something about access is denied( attached a Screen Shot) and when doing the service instal.bat file it also Gives me the access denied if anyone could help be great iv searched and come up with nothing and i will continue to search but if someon has the info on how to id be so greatfull! :) thank ou :handsdown:

NOTE: i did disable my UAC and other security

Try to start ´´Run as Administrator``

Didn't work :/ would you add me on skype its Goldenn. (with the . )

NOTE i did fix the instal.bat simply by Right Click run as admin but the SQL portion still says access denied :/
