[HELP] IP and PORT server

Hi ! How to check the server's IP and PORT. I have a script from KAMER, but gets invalid IP.

Sysinternals suite (search in google) and use tcpView to track which program connect to which destinations.

TcpView is included in Sysinternals Suite.
