Is there a tutorial on how to do it?
I'm trying to make a small server around 20 people to help me test some new stuff i want to implement before uploading it to a hosting service,do you guys have an idea of how much hardware is needed to host 20 players max?

Tested on virtual machine: Windows Server 2012 R2
CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1270 v3 @ 3.50GHz (2 CPUs), ~3.5GHz
Memory: 6.0 GB (6144 MB)

CPU wise you should have at least 3 GHz on dual core but I recommend to use 8GB if you're going to use more than Alexandria.

You seem to be pretty experienced with the server files !

No I don't. I just maintain some private servers where owners don't have the knowledge to do so. Nothing special, working with those files is easy as you understood the basics.
