U need only the flag not need play in hungarian server.

search on google "hungarian proxy" set up the proxy, make an account, turn off the proxy. done

I heard it doesnt work and this was the cause why I offer it

Do you need to registrer on specific server o does it work with proxy on all servers?

well then, you have to spend your money with the hungarian IP as well, otherwise there is the chance of getting banned as bigpoint knows about this.
