"Unknow error" without mail

Hi,

I wanted to log in and they send me "unknow error" i know it's when someone is banned but they didn't send me a mail.

Just before i bought GC... :/

Someone can tell me if i'm banned or bloked..

I have had this error too.

Send a ticket to them -> conclusion = Permanent ban
No mail received

Yes, they send me the answer this morning, i'm banned during 3 days because i insulted some people in game. -_-
