You get Keys by collecting Gold from Habitats. The higher the amount of Gold collected, the better the chance of collecting a Key.

Drinks are gained when you collect Food from Farms. The higher the amount of Food collected, the more Drinks you will get. I got all the Drinks I needed from 2 Starshines.

Cards are the reward for beating an opponent in the Combat World. You get 1 Card for each opponent. So you need to win 15 fights to complete this portion of the quest. You can rush each Card for 4 Gems.

You can get Cups every time you breed two dragons together. I got a Cup from each of my first two breeding attempts, both of which ended up being 42 hour Pures. I’m not sure if lower breeding time dragons would be better or not. In any case, this should be able to be completed before the time locks.

Clocks are gained every 12 hours by clicking on the “Daily Collect” button on the Wonderland Island quest screen. They can be rushed for 8 Gems each, but since you can complete it in ~4 days there’s not much point to rushing these unless you have to be one of the first with the new dragons!
