Would be better if the image was in english ... But well, 99% of the time where Certification doesnt work it's because you put wrong IP's somewhere

Check all of your .ini files, it's most like svshard.ini. Make sure you've set the CORRECT IP in each file, in the mssql database, and everywhere else. and have you set-up your billing server?
