Skills crash

Good evening, I have a big problem with my server. When server crashes or people disconnet for a long time, at the reconnection they loose some of their skills ?
If someone can explain me how to fix it plz ?

Bye

Please ask in the help thread or the thread containing the release for the server files that you are working with.

At least then someone will have a little bit more information as to which release this is happening on.
