Yes, but keep in mind you have to buy 10€ of elitegold to get it.

You have to buy 260 eg overall from our systems. That means, only if you buy eg from epvp (not from other users) you will get the badge. And you don't have to buy this 260 eg complete. You can buy some eg now and some later. If you reach the hole amount, you will get the badge.
