How to change exp/forging/upgrading rates?

is there any step by step guide on how to edit those rates? we are having some problems in our rate because we try upgrading acce and weapon by +1 the item will failed already no chance of success. If anyone knows how please help and im willing to pay for you help.

Don't pay anyone for this simple info. You just need rhdata which can be found on this forum. Exp.bin is for exp of course plus boosterrate and reinforcerate is for rings and ancient gear enhancement. Itemcombination.bin is the rare/unique forge table and iupgrade.bin is the ancient forge table. Success rates are 0-1000000 so 500000 is 50%, 10000 is 1% etc.

but i guess the 'rhdata' it self doesn't included at 'simple info'

actually they already shared all the bin editors on the other forum site :)

Rhdata is around here somewhere. I know someone posted it publicly either on its own or as part of a package. If not, so many people have it I'm sure some kind soul will give it to you for free.
