[HELP] Problem with server !!!!!

Hello i have patch 3.8.9 from me friend. Here is Avalon skylands marduk .... and i have problem with TACCOUNT i cant fix this. In 3.6 patch no problem fix this because in 3.8.9 is hard to fix this. who can help me ? fix TACCOUNT or give me new registration page pls ???
