Dragon city bug

I am alone or ... 5 days ago I can not play with dragon city, I get a message whenever it encounters problem with their server. I'm banned or problem really is their server?

does that error appear after the game loads or after u click something?
try using this tool
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

try to do this and then login in again:
step1: move the eggs from hatchery to respective habitats
step2: move the dragon from breeding mountain to hatchery (after u did step1)
step3: use the tool to grow food

now try again to login
hope it works because i dont know what u should try next.....
