Noone can really tell you when it will be delivered to us..
Many people got it already.
But probably you have to wait up to 72hours (3 days) to get them.
Normally its latest date would be 48 hours.

A lot of people got them but another huge amount of players didn't get them.
There are no real answers from S4 League News' site.
Which means we won't know when we will get our GC or we even may not even get them because of all those bug users which lead to multiable server crashes...
