No it dosnt exist, BUT if you get a good hack, then itll have weapon hack options on it and you can get ak 47 camo/m4ai silenced/awm/etc

What Mark has said is true.
Gun hacks can "give" you pretty much every gun if you hack it right as many have now done. And as everyone has said, it is not possible to get free SP for it is handled server sided.
This means that a program would have to hack into Subagames' database and change the SP values for your specific character to an amount. This is a criminal offense and should never be tried by anyone!!!
