You can de-level anytime you want. Go to a higher mob, let it kill you, repeat.

I tried it all im getting is 0% and my level aint dropping down

you cant delevel anymore, u will stay at 00.00% if u die

yeah i just wanted to know if its permanently or it might be just temporary for the current update i hope its temporary

I don't think that they will change it. You should go in pt with 1 mastery, gap 0 and start farming when you are 110+

or you could just buy a character... they're pretty cheap nowadays
like mine, every character got skill reseted and joymax gave us something like 3m or 5m sp
I've got a nuker with 109 bicheon, 109 cold/lightning/fire almost maxed all skills and still remaining more than 1,5m sp

what do you mean by "3m or 5m sp"?
