To clean my E*pvp account to retire my negative blackmarket and my 3 infractions what i need to make?

negative blackmarket= made by MrFamouzz.. this man tell lie on me and it's false :(

But only, if you didn't scam him and it's really unjustified.

But as far as I know, only premium and elitegold trader can ask for a removal of ratings.
